WE are Agni and Filip

From childhood, we’ve both had a deep connection to nature. Healthy, high-quality foods and their original flavour have always been an essential part of our lives.

Only when natural foods are prepared with care can they nourish body, mind, and soul alike.

Our life paths have been multifaceted:

Agnis enthusiasm for food and its preparation was nurtured during her school years, when she worked in the kitchen of a renowned restaurant in Hamburg. There, she explored cooking as a field of experimentation. She witnessed how natural foods can be best unlocked for their full potential and maximum flavour.

Agni Agni later deepened her knowledge in psychology and meditation, pursuing an international education and career. She has built a renowned reputation and continues to work actively in this field.

At the same time, she brings her extensive knowledge of nutrition and culinary science to 2DiE4 Live Foods, developing new products and overseeing the quality of our nuts from farm to consumer.

Filip, raised in the Swiss mountain village of Davos, has had a successful career in professional sports, excelling in windsurfing (European and Swiss champion) and snowboarding.
During this time, he gained vast experience on using high-quality nutrition, to deliver peak performance. Later, he successfully helped build and expand young, dynamic brands like Red Bull and GoPro as a marketing expert.

Our journeys have taken us around the world, living and working in different countries and cultures. We actually met each other in Bavaria through our children going to the same kinder garden.

What brought us together in business, aside from our shared passion for food, was our similar view on important life themes:

Living consciously and taking responsibility – and through that, experiencing health, joy, vitality, freedom, and peace.

The origin of the ORIGINAL

Back in 2000, Agni’s friend Clive Lawler, an Australian slow food visionary, discovered in a book about ancient traditions that indigenous peoples in South American had fermented nuts long time ago by soaking them in the sea and drying them on the beach.

With his passion for nutrition, slow food, and fermentation, Clive began fermenting nuts in 2002 and continuously refined and perfected this process.

His nuts were so irresistible that friends exclaimed, "Wow, these nuts are to die for!" And that’s how the name for his company was born.

In 2004, Clive founded 2DiE4 Life Foods Australia, introducing the first activated nuts to the market. 2DiE4 are THE original activated nuts.

During a visit to Australia in 2010, he shared his knowledge with Agni, inspiring her to start a company in Europe and activate her own nuts, also under the 2DiE4 name. Since then, she has continued to refine the recipes and gained many nut fans!

In our own production at Gut Mooseurach in Königsdorf, nestled in the foothilss of the Bavarian Alps, surrounded by nature. Here, we source the pure spring water from our own well, which is essential for our activation process.
