This is how the 2DiE4 nuts become so crunchy and special:

Activated, not roasted!

Acti-what?! Our carefully sourced nuts have been gently soaked in alpine spring water with a pinch of sea salt to start the germination process.

In combination with the subsequent slow drying at temperatures below 65°C, the bitterness of the nuts is reduced, they become easier to digest and the valuable nutrients are more readily available.

Our lovingly perfected activation process is also what creates the mind-blowing taste and characteristic 2DiE4 crunch.
